Returns

All international sales are final.

All custom sales are final.

Returns or exchanges must be requested and sent back within 5 business days of receipt.

Merchandise must be returned intact, in perfect saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if a piece is worn or damaged.

Merchandise must be returned with all original packaging

Kuiper Relics LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please insure your item through the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) at full retail value.

Warranty and Repairs

Our warranty covers quality issues and manufacturing defects within one year of purchase.

Issues covered by warranty will be rectified by repairing the item. If a repair is not feasible, the item will be replaced.

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear

• wear or damage from misuse or accidental damage

• pieces which have been modified, repaired or altered by the customer or any unauthorized 3rd party

• naturally occurring variations in stones or pearls
